Top Dogs Hold Court in Week 7 of the EFA

The teams that are sitting atop the EFA standings all took another step forward this past weekend in the EFA. The New York Bandits led the way, scoring a come-from-behind 27-14 win over the Empire State Demon Knights in Medford, sending them to a 4-0 record on the season. ESDK slipped to 1-4. The New York Dolphins got their win to keep them in second place via a forfeit over the New York Legion, lifting them to 5-1 on the season. A half game behind the Dolphins in the standings are the Paterson Gravediggerz, who traveled upstate and took a win from the Hudson Valley Mountaineers, 14-12.

The Gravediggerz will host the Dolphins next week in a game that should nail down the second seed for the upcoming playoff picture, with the Gravediggerz having already defeated the Dolphins once this season.
