Legion Win a Classic to End Strong

The EFA regular season is officially in the books and the playoff scenarios are set. In the final week of the season, the Legion scored a 26-22 win over the Bandits in a back-and-forth classic at Fosina Field in New Rochelle. The win finished the Legion at 5-3, and earned the No. 3 seed in the upcoming EFA playoffs.

The Bears, who were on a bye, finiah as the top seed with a perfect 8-0 record, and they will take on the No. 4 seeded Bandits on November 4. The Bandits finished 3-5. The Legion will travel to take on No. 2 Empire State, who also finished 5-3 this season. They took the No. 2 seed thanks to a forfeit win over the Cumberland County Cobras.
